Take Home Points

  • The Lord Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary became cursed for us, so that we might be blessed. (Gal. 3:13)
  • Remember the principle of cursing for disobedience & blessing for obedience.
  • Commit to a pause in your life to assess your obedience to God, & worship Him in submission to His will.

Take Home Points

  • First observe the patience of God even in the midst of His anger.
  • It is not a natural thing to fully confess our sin. Don’t be like Achan—don’t stop short of a full confession.
  • Without giving God what is His due, do not expect the blessing of God.
  • A great deal of sin in our lives will be defeated by daily being satisfied in God & being obedient to God.
