- Christianity does not thrive without heart.
- The most important work in all Christendom is fervent prayer.
- The taproot of all sin is selfishness watered by pride.
- Knowing the heart of God in Bible truth is more important than Bible trivia.
- Younger eyes are always watching to learn the mysteries of godliness displayed by your actions.
- “Are you a believer?” is not as significant as “Are you believing?”
- Our required role of disciplemaking finds its highest challenge and greatest possibility of reward in our home. (spouse, children, guests)
- Behaving spiritually is rarely “rocket science.”
- The Body always pays a price when any saint acts in an unsaved manner.
- The only audience the saint should focus upon pleasing is God
- There is nothing on earth more important than the human soul
- Being an expert in practical godliness is the calling of every Christian
- Every conversation the Christian has ought to be directed to Christ’s interests.
- The most significant and deadly wounds in the Saint’s life come largely from other Christians.
- Daily display of joy and thanksgiving is the capstone of godliness.
- On the individual level, most divisions among believers are over petty preference, pride, and pique rather than biblical truth.
