Take Home Points

  • That anyone listens to the Word and understands is an act of God.
  • If God has quickened you, never cease to be full of awe and thanksgiving.
  • Remember the two contrasts:
    • Believers pursue light, walk in light, have light. (v. 12)
    • Unbelievers are true to Satan, stand in falsehood, through and through live the lie of unbelief. (v. 44)
